[BUG] Missing Options to set labels/annotations for "bootstrap" and "securityconfig-update-job"

I am missing the option to set labels or annotations for the "bootstrap" node and the "securityconfig-update" job. In my case, i am not able to setup a whole opensearch cluster, because i am using istio as a service mesh and in usage with opensearch https 9200 endpoint, i get a double encryption. I can prevent this encryption with annotations.

Hi @Crazyigor1987. Thank you for reporting this. But IMO this is a feature request, not a bug, so I'm reclassifying the issue.
