Add possibility to declare secrets within the localregistry temporary projects.

Feature:

In order to provision up-front some vault passwords for example, and so to make apbs that can be consumed with different vault protected variables according to the openshift cluster you run on, it would be nice to have a configuration section to declare secrets for the localregistry-kind projects as it has been done for the apb secrets.

My idea would be to create a shared secret which would populate the /opt/apb-secrets when using ansible playbook bundle. For that the secret must be declared within the localregistry projects that are used to provision/deprovision the apb.
