Provide a RPM spec for OBS

Hello,
I'm interested in knowing if it's in any interest for the maintainers to provide a RPM spec for the Open Build Service. I would like to use the community.kubernetes module in conjunction with OpenSUSE hosts. Considering the provided RPM spec here does great coverage of the red hat flavors we can perhaps benefit with a OBS build providing a deb for Ubuntu and rpm for OpenSUSE.
I would be interested in contributing in any way.
