amend table below to the revised columns below it
New table to combine absolute numbers with percentages for with certificates and without

table to include only total U5, children with certificate and those without all disaggregated with sex
Add pie chart for total U5 with certificate vs without

Update the child registrations table to include gender.

@muneneg for Birth Certificate pie chart added looks good as it show total children reached and those that have certificate, is it possible to add another pie-chart for total with certificate against total under 5 (This will answer the question of out of 7,155 kids what percentage have certificate?)
