Update OpenMRS Default Modules

Update the OpenMRS default modules to match what is absolutely required to run the current default version of OpenMRS with OpenSRP. We also need to update the OpenMRS role to have a single variable for specifying the modules to be installed (instead of one for v1 and another for v2).
