To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

It's quite complex to reproduce (in my case it's caused by some combination of jupyter not finding its subcommands on Mac etc.), but reading the code it can be seen.

plover/plover/scripts/main.py

code = e.code

Here code is not necessarily integer.

plover -s jupyter on Mac might reproduce it.

Expected behavior

The message is printed then Plover exits.
