The download of the following OSM changeset replication file
https://planet.openstreetmap.org/replication/changesets/005/981/780.osm.gz
is returning a
<Error>
<Code>NoSuchKey</Code>
<Message>The specified key does not exist.</Message>
<Key>changesets/replication/minute/005/981/780.osm.gz</Key>

</Error>
It should be there now.
Still seeing these errors on some diff files in the aws-us-west-planet-osm mirror since the time of the maintenance. aws-eu-central seems to be fine...
I had a problem with:
https://osm-planet-us-west-2.s3.dualstack.us-west-2.amazonaws.com/planet/replication/day/000/004/244.osc.gz returning a "key does not exist" while
https://osm-planet-eu-central-1.s3.dualstack.eu-central-1.amazonaws.com/planet/replication/day/000/004/244.osc.gz
was fine.
But as of today, both load. So this can be closed again.
How did you wind up on the us-west-2 URL though?
We always redirect to the eu-central-1 URLs precisely because the replication to us-west-2 means it will lag a bit.
