Prepare WEEE Recycling Collection at UCL

We can dispose of redundant hardware using UCL's recycling company.
Hardware needs to be de-racked, booked and moved into the the Data Centres's Goods In/Out for collection by the recycling company.
We need to give UCL a list of hardware that is being recycled.
I have submitted the recycling request with listed hardware and am waiting for potential collection date.
Operations team have agreed on the recycling of 12 systems. All systems are well in excess of 10 years old.
Waiting on a response from UCL about procedure and scheduling of WEEE collection.
WEEE collection has now been arranged with UCL and the recycling company. The hardware will be collected on Tuesday 9th July 2024.
As agreed with Ops team I will drive to UCL Slough on Sunday 7th and spend the day de-racking the servers and moving them to the agreed collection point.
Servers have been de-racked and are now waiting for collection by WEEE recycling company. All paperwork prepped.
Will re-open if there are any issues.
