[Bug] Style options cut off

Bug Description

The UserCSS options menu is cut off - it scrolls but the top few and bottom few options are never visible due to being cut off. The screenshot below shows it fully scrolled to the top, however the top options are still cut off.
This issue started happening a month or two ago, presumably with a Stylus update. It happens for all styles. The options menu when opened from the Stylus "manage" page does not have this issue.

  • Stylus Version: 1.5.47

I can't reproduce the problem. Maybe you have a style that affects Stylus itself. Try checking [x] Turn all styles off.

The issue unfortunately still happens even with all styles disabled as you mention, as well as with all other extensions + Brave Shield turned off.

I can reproduce it now after changing the browser zoom setting above 100%. I guess it also happens with OS zoom. I'll try to fix it.
