Update OpenCV to 4.x

These plugins build fine with the latest version of OpenCV. Would it be possible to build a new version with OpenCV 4.x so finding the correct version of opencv to use is easier for folks?

This would be really helpful - especially since OpenCV will be used in OpenToonz for the dslr and webcams. When I installed opencv using Homebrew, it installed 4.3 - not currently usable for these plugins.
