Some of the projects rely on that (example DataDog).
It is because of Deprecating OpenTracing?
Could not find related info in changelog (sorry If I`ve missed that).

TLDR: From 0.34.0 the default modules build against Opentracing 1.6 and there is no anymore support of Opentracing 1.5.

It appears that we dropped this prefix during the migration from CircleCI to GitHub Actions.

What I understand, because there is no need to keep -ot16- as it was removed modules for old Opentracing 1.5, that means there is no requirements to keep -ot16- and use just:
linux-amd64-nginx-1.20.2-ngx_http_module.so.tgz
