New Arakoon checks will never report connection failure

Problem description
A bug in the code causes the error of connection failure to be swallowed.
(All multithreaded Arakoon check have this issue. The result is being referenced only when no exception occur as opposed to always)

Fixed by #429 and part of the 3.4.7 release
