USB HOST example for video capture (from UVC device)

The most common standard for USB cameras is UVC (USB VIdeo device Class) , could we get an example for simple and basic video capture from an UVC peripheral (so in HOST mode) ideally saving the datas to an UDISK on the second HOST interface.
It would be a very useful example.
