Role ideas
- Registration (running the front desk)
- Coaches (dev / data / project related questions from teams)
- Set up/Facilities (generally being available for moving things around, etc)
- Floaters (OK with anything) - Helping people find teams / ideas / etc, just generally making sure all participants have something to do.
Also will need to know
- Name
- Email address
- Phone Number
- Age (or at least if > 18? )
- Days/Times Available
- Experience if coaching?
