Module Parameters.html is inconsistent

the docs at https://openzfs.github.io/openzfs-docs/Performance and Tuning/Module Parameters.html don't reflect the current state of zfs 2.2.x

for example zfs_arc_meta_limit and zfs_arc_meta_limit_percent don't exist anymore

imho, this page needs versioning or every param there needs to be information, from which to which release it's available.

The man pages contain most of the information on these pages and are versioned all the way back to v0.6. Perhaps the "Versions Affected" section in these pages could by dynamically generated to link to the relevant sections of the man pages. Better ideas welcome.
