Collect zimfarm usage statistics

farm.youzim.it is more or less running unchecked and a small number of statistics would be useful to get a better idea on usage patterns:
- Number of requests / day (ideally a graph?)
- Average zim size (only for successful outputs)
- Aggregated list of websites being requested (e.g. how many times over the last 60 days has there been a request for google.com, youtube.com, or xy.wikipedia.org)
- Success / fail rate over the past X days (ideally a graph?)
- Number of requests by unique user (not sure we can generate that info)
