goreleaser action is broken

The goreleaser action currently tries to install goreleaser from install.goreleaser.com which is no longer a domain that can be resolved.
This same problem happened with Operator SDK and the fix PR can be found here: https://github.com/operator-framework/operator-sdk/pull/5782/files
