Remove config files that are not used by helm-operator from config it will make easier we perform the task to create the plugin doing the scaffold since we will know exactly what template/value we should or not scaffold.

I believe this is all done in the plugin branch now. We can open a new issue or a PR if we find something that shouldn't be there.
