Problem in unstable WiFi condition

When elflet boots up, it wait for connecting to WiFi. If no connection will detect in 30 seconds, elflet will transit to setup mode.
Once entering this mode, elflet could not connect WiFi unless reboot it.
Going back to normal mode periodically behavior is needed.
