change vpn auth to github auth

instead of manually creating users to control access to the lab we should change it to github auth

Do you mean F5 will use github auth ?
Gh runners is a separate issue ?

The VPN needs this. Need a GitHub group that can access to the VPN. Tell the VPN Appliance to use this GitHub group.
