tgen1 test interfaces should not get management network IPs

eno1 ip is correct but this 4 interfaces should not have got those IPs

  IPv4 address for enp138s0f0np0: 172.22.222.7
  IPv4 address for enp138s0f1np1: 172.22.222.4
  IPv4 address for ens1f0np0:     172.22.222.2
  IPv4 address for ens1f1np1:     172.22.222.5
