Context

Sherlock will introduce #2319. Paraglide should use the package in the init step to ensure consistency and get automatic updates on the cross selling logic.

Will this replace the are you using vscode? prompt?

no. this will replace the logic to add the vscode extension. paraglide js needs to handle UX (prompting) itself
