Getting an error "Unexpect state UNAVAILABLE, wanted target AVAILABLE" on atp.tf line 6

I am trying to create this from the Teraform zip file in OCI. Seems issue with ATP as reported by the log in OCI.
Should I manually start the db and the job is technically complete?
@MohanBot Yes - This is same as #155 - Please use the updated release. Its in pre-release now (which is why its not the default yet)

Note that you will have to terminate the ATP thats currently in the UNAVAILABLE state manually (use the CLI or the web console).
Thanks it worked. Also, It destroyed cleanly when I did that.
