0.18.0 release plans

I plan to cut a release after we have issue 371 and issue 386 complete unless there are objections. Since the changes for #386 make some nonpassive changes to session inspection, albeit by replacing some non-robust inspection functionality, I think we need a bump to 0.18.0 rather than 0.17.1. #371 makes some schema changes for rules and queries, but the new allowable input is a superset of the previous allowable input so I don't think that would merit a major version bump by itself.
I'll plan to cut the release as early as tomorrow if there are no objections since I've merged #387
I have created the tag and bumped master to the next snapshot version. I plan to release to Clojars this afternoon.
