Wrong CIDR for class B network in RFC1918. Need to check and update other examples as well.

@kral2 - As per https://docs.oracle.com/en-us/iaas/Content/Network/Concepts/overview.htm#Allowed , /13 is not supported from Oracle . Please close this request
