Lack of documentation

Hello,

There seems no be no clear documentation showcasing all of the possible configuration parameters of the output plugin.
Something like this would be very helpful: https://github.com/oracle-quickstart/oci-logan-fluentd-output-plugin
A prompt answer whether or not this documentation exists would be very helpful!
