Slack channel invitation link is expired

When trying to open the Slack link from the main repo readme page I got the "This link is no longer active
To join this workspace, you’ll need to ask the person who originally invited you for a new link." error

@drewripa, it looks like the team managing the Slack workspace changed the settings so that invitations expire after 30 days. I'll see if they can issue a longer-term invitation and update the documentation.
