Is it normal to see error: exit status 1 after completion of a cf bg-restart APP_NAME command?

PS: I am using cf version 6.40.0+07673feb9.2018-10-08

Is this the same as #5 or #7? If so please close, otherwise please provide the full redacted output with CF_TRACE=true
