Proposing we release artifacts-spec-1.0.0-DRAFT1 as we have completed the milestone. Release process is defined here.

High level deliverables as as follows:

  • Decide on main commit for release - eecc5d9
  • Cut branch named 1.0.0-draft.1 based on agreed upon main commit
  • Cut a tag named 1.0.0-draft.1
  • Update README.md
