I added the support for 21c Database (#242 ) & Restart (#243 ) in our branch.

PRs are availible at oravirt, but the list of small fixes and additions are increasing over the time. I'll stop backporting them until a clear decision about the feture of the project from Mikaeel. It creates a lot of work, creating the additional PRs on a master which is far away from our production branch.
