There are two major issues with oraswgi_manage_patches role probably due to copy/paste errors:

  • loop_patchid.yml handles osp_loop as list, while in fact it's a dict
  • loop_stage_patch.yml uses dhc_opatch dict, while probably osp_loop is meant
