File uploads don't work nor does file previews. Need to investigate why. Possibly and API change.

Fix in feat/0.4.5 branch, mostly. Videos don't work in the browser version on Chrome, but Firefox works fine. The error on Chrome is this webtorrent/webtorrent#783, https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=379206.
Need to investigate more. It used to work...
