Card: Hide header when title is not set

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I was trying to use the card component as a way to organize content, without the need for a title. Against my expectation, the title part of the component still was shown.
Describe the solution you'd like
As with the empty footer, don't take up space.
