Add additional Crimson Scales classes

Hi there,

There are another 3 additional Crimson Scales classes from the addon and 5 more from the Trail of Ashes expansion. Would it be possible to add these in?

I added AA, QA and RM from Crimson Scales. Already available in nightly build.
