Support for carousel/gallery, background transition enhancement and custom image component

are you planning to add carousel/gallery support?

I saw that you used react-native-image-pan-zoom from ascoders which he also developed react-native-image-viewer.

Also can you improve the background transition effect on swipe down? I was thinking of something similar to react-native-lightbox.

Finally, will it be possible to provide a custom image component like FastImage?

Sorry I'm too busy lately to really maintain this repo.
This surely needs a lot more optimization. Now unfortunately I think you need to fork this and add your own code.
I'll let you know when I start to work on this again.
