document web page is not the latest

http://orika-mapper.github.io/orika-docs/ is using the branch of 'gh-pages' which is not the latest.

Please delete 'gh-pages' or rebase it on the branch of master which is the latest. It seems that 'master' branch has no connection with 'gh-pages'.
