Image Attribute not updating on client upon deletion

Whenever I delete an image from an entity in my collection and return to the table view, the images are still there. They are also still in the client subscription. Upon reloading the page they disappear.
The deletion works fine on the server apparently but is not communicated to the client as it seems.

Has this issue occurred before? I couldn't find a similar issue.
