Add a CI job that uses github service containers feature

As requested in #441, providing explicit ports in containers is now supported in both remote and direct invocations. However, we couldn't verify that it allows to setup gnomock containers using github service containers feature. There should be a new test/job that uses github service containers feature together with a remote gnomock server.
