This artifact is not being collected:
%systemroot%\Users%users%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\PowerShell\PSReadline\ConsoleHost_history.txt

hi @sbaker87 happy to review a PR if you submit, otherwise will look at this in a bit.
We use %systemdrive% which takes you to C:\ if you use %systemroot% it'll take you to c:\Windows\ Windowsand you will not find the user directory path you're referring too
