  1. at Ormus destination(7) we need to get the event from the core processor with pub/sub or broker
  2. we need to get event destination(s) with WriteKey from a manager and cache it to reduce the number of calls to the manager

in the new talks, we decided to get a list of integrations from the processer publisher Instead of the manager service.
