[v3] Provide applications w/custom framework examples

Provide application examples for the following:

• React
• Vue
• Angular
• ... more ?!

On a side-node: I've been doing some testing with Angular and the bootstrapping does not seem to be set up in a way that you can customize the root DOM node. I'm not even sure if it can work with multiple instances without resorting to an iframe.
