Not on the immediate schedule, but a "Encog C++" may be implemented at some
point if
there is sufficient interest.

may be a C++ or C version with JNI, in case it gets even more faster

This is actually underway, and will be done as part of Encog 3.x. It will also
support GPU, as GPU programming is much easier under C.
