Hook seems to sometimes die

Identifying the problem:
1. Freecompose is apparently not working, but still present and responsive in
notification icon area
2. Starting another instance of freecompose will result in doubled beeps.
This _possibly_ happens after entering a power saving mode (hibernation), but
not verified yet.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.1.0.2 32-bit on Windows 7 X64

Idea to try: Unregister the hook when we get the hibernating/suspending/etc.
window message, and reregister it on the resume message.
