`--ignore` flag is not working

What happened?
When running script with --ignore flag, the flag is not ignoring the repository (event if it is watched or watching only participations)
What did you expect to happen?
To ignore all the interactions for the selected repository
What the problem might be
Flag logic probably is wrong
