File is not valid sysex data

hello oscillatorsink,
each time i try to upload a sysex file from dx7 archives such as http://dxsysex.com/ , i get a file not valid error.
I tried many banks from different websites, all the same, only the ones you created as html link or .sysex file work.
Any ideas ? I am using a mac, unzipping the files,...
