Floating combat text

also known as scrolling combat text. I did this in Slay the Web already, but it's not super good or stable. Maybe just redo it with some CSS animations.

Types of animations

• default (fade in from below cast bar and fade out a bit above)
• crits (pops out, stays, and slowly fades away)
