Basic FormDisplay redesign

The FormDisplay will be the parent for all form components. It should:

  1. Be a minimum of 350px, and scale evenly with the CodeDisplay component
  2. Scroll vertically, but not horizontally
  3. Contain 2 divs arranged vertically: an infoWrapper and formWrapper
