Error trying to load a chart

Description
Received the following error after following the instruction for running locally (I also started Redis and Mongo - which should be added to the docs!)
Error in sessionController.startSession: ValidationError: cookieId: Path 'cookieId' is required.
Am I missing something tirival?

Load a chart
