https://open-services.net/workgroups/ is still visible

I removed that page in #254 but it's still accessible via a browser!

This might be due to the fact that someone accidentally committed the public dir on master: https://github.com/OSLC/oslc-site-hugo/tree/master/public. Only the production branch should have this folder.
