Visualize elements of relations.

Brief Description

Show, or at least, list elements of relations. When inspecting turn restrictions, for example, the interface of changeset-map doesn't provide enough information for validation. For example I can not see which ways that are part of the relation.

Improvements needed:

• highlight features when mouse is over (both on the relation members list and on the map)
• show old and new members on the relation members sidebar
• increase performance. I'm noticing some delay on map rendering/interaction, maybe because the higher number of layers, maybe merging some layers with data driving styling could help on it.
